Do you provide Web Hosting & Domain Name
Registration?
Web hosting will be provided by a separate Internet
Service Provider (ISP). The Client will be responsible to pay an
annual hosting and domain name renewal charge (renewal
charge may change based on ISP agreement).

How
long will it take to complete a web site?
A web site can take from two weeks to four months,
depending on your specifications. We usually work quickly and try
to complete the web site earlier than our preset goal date. A specific
date will be given to the customer after the consultation is completed
and terms and conditions are agreed upon.

Are
you available to make daily/weekly/monthly changes to my web site?
Yes, we are always available to update and fix
minor or major changes on a web site. We normally communicate via
e-mail with each of our clients. E-mail is probably
the best way to communicate with your assigned project manager to
discuss any concerns you have or changes that need to be made. Our
project managers will answer each inquiry through e-mail within 24
hours.

I
have content that I would like to put on my website how can I sent
them to you?
If you have any text or
photos that you would like to use for your web site you can send
it to us through e-mail. If you have photos and they are not saved
in a digital format you can send it to us by mail at our business
address. All photos that are sent to us will be converted into digital
format. We will send them back via e-mail saved in a digital format.
Wrdesigns will not return any photos to the sender through the mail.

What
can I do if I need to place pictures of my merchandise on the website
and I don't have a camera?
We can send a photographer to your place of business
to take pictures of your products that you would like to advertise
and/or sell on your website.

Can
you make my present web site look better?
We definitely can redesign your web site and
give it the jump start it needs. The only thing we will need is
access to the web server that your old web developer was uploading
the web pages into. Then we can download every web page from the
web server and design a whole new site.

you add an online store to my existing web site?
Yes, we can add an online store to your existing
website. An online store is a component that can be implemented
on any web site and the charges can be paid through one flat payment.
